Cleveland Street Capitol Improvement Project
The Cleveland Street Project will start early February with Babb Construction dba Delta Construction in charge of installing the needed utilities to support the future housing development. The City of Cottage Grove received three million dollars in funding, appropriated by the State of Oregon Legislature through Business Oregon, to install infrastructure for this project. This installation will decrease the time it will take developers begin construction on the needed residential housing in Cottage Grove. The tentative start date for this project will be February 10th.
