Business Licenses
The City of Cottage Grove currently requires business licenses for:
- Circus and Carnivals - Cottage Grove Municipal Code Section 5.04
- Alcoholic Liquor - Cottage Grove Municipal Code Section 5.08
- Motor Vehicle Fuel Dealer's - Cottage Grove Municipal Code Section 5.26
- Transient Room Tax - Cottage Grove Municipal Code Section 5.32
- Film Production Permits - Cottage Grove Municipal Code Section 5.36
Some of these licenses are issued and renewed annually and some are issued only for a specific event. Any fees associated with each of the licenses are located in Ordinance No. 2361, City of Cottage Grove Comprehensive Fee Schedule which are updated periodically through Resolutions adopted by the City Council.
