COTTAGE GROVE ARMORY EAST & SOUTH FAÇADE RESTORATION
Dear Proposer:
The City issues this Notice of Intent to Award for the above referenced project (Project) pursuant to its Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0395. This notice shall be posted on the City's website.
The City of Cottage Grove received TWO (2) proposals in response to its Project Request for Proposals, which were opened on Friday, March 1, 2019.
According to the approved Design\Build Criteria for Bid Evaluation, City staff recommends Council award of the Project contract to the qualified apparent low bidder, Pioneer Waterproofing, Inc., in the amount of $240,526 (Base Bid and Alternate #1).
The City Council will make its final award decision at the regular council meeting on March 11, 2019. Protests of the City's Intent to Award must be submitted within seven (7) days after the date of issuance of this notice (on or before March 13, 2019.) Any such protest must comply with City Public Contracting Rule137-049-450(4) or will not be considered by the City.
