On March 26, 2018 the City of Cottage Grove will be holding a joint public hearing of it's Council and its Public Contract Review board regarding the City's intent to exempt and directly award an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) pursuant to ORS 279C.335(1)(f) and City Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0680 for the design and installation of various energy efficient public improvement projects within City facilities[LGLG1] .
