NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cottage Grove City Council and Local Contract Review Board will hold a joint hearing 7:00 p.m. on January 9, 2023, regarding adoption of an exemption for the City’s Water Reclamation Facility Improvement Project. The hearing will be held at 400 E. Main Street, Cottage Grove, Oregon. The public hearing will be held pursuant to ORS 279C.335 and City Rule 137-049-0630 to take comments on the draft findings supporting the proposed exemption to the competitive bidding process. Copies of the draft findings are available for public review on the City’s website at https://www.cottagegroveor.gov/rfps and at the Public Works & Development office located at the above address.
