Permit & Code Enforcement Specialist

The City of Cottage Grove is now accepting applications for the Permit & Code Enforcement Specialist position. Position handles permit processing, code compliance and administrative and clerical support to the Public Works & Development Department at City Hall. The position requires knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations related to land use and building permitting processes. Associates degree or two-year technical degree in public administration, building permitting, urban planning, construction, or closely related field OR two years of position related work experience required. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging and ever changing environment to join our team! Pay range: $3,525.00-$4,499.00 Monthly Plus excellent benefits.
