Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cottage Grove, in the Office of Public Works, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019, for the construction of the RECYCLED WATER STORAGE POND AND PUMP STATION project and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud. Bid proposals received after the date and time fixed for opening will not be considered. No electronic or facsimile submittals will be accepted.
The project consists of the construction of the following work and all work incidental thereto, as set forth in the project plans and specifications. Recycled Water Storage Pond, wet well, and below grade piping leading into and out of the pond within the treatment plant site Recycled Water Pump Station and above ground piping, and Effluent Pump Station and above grade piping.
To be eligible to Bid and be listed on the plan holders list, Bidders must download Bidding Documents and/or purchase them from the City of Cottage Grove. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Cottage Grove in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) Chapter 279C.430 by submitting a completed City of Cottage Grove Prequalification form on or before 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 15, 2019. City of Cottage Grove Prequalification forms are available at 400 East Main Street, Cottage Grove, Oregon 97424.
Notice is hereby given that this contract is for a Public Work, subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
All bids must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside showing the name of the bidder: the project name: the date and time of bid opening: the words "sealed bid": and addressed to
Ron Bradsby, City Engineer, 400 East Main Street, Cottage Grove, Oregon 97424.
A non-mandatory pre-bid will be held for this project on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 2:00
p.m. at City Hall.
