Senior Building Inspector

The City of Cottage Grove is now accepting applications for the Senior Building Inspector position. This position is the Lead Inspector and Plans Examiner for the Building Inspection Program in the City of Cottage Grove and Creswell, is certified to perform inspection and plan review services for residential and commercial construction, remodeling, repairs, and installation of mechanical devices to assure compliance with Oregon’s State Building Codes. This is a new position as Cottage Grove currently contracts for building services and is pursuing the establishment of its own building inspection division. Pay range:  $5,490 to $7,007 per month full-time.
