SWINGING BRIDGE REPAIRS PROJECT
Dear Proposer:
The City issues this Notice of Intent to Award for the above referenced project (Project) pursuant to its Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0395. This notice shall be posted on the City's website.
The City of Cottage Grove received FOUR (4) proposals in response to its Project Request for Proposals, which were opened on Monday, January 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
According to the approved Design\Build Criteria for Bid Evaluation, City staff recommends Council award of the Project contract to the highest qualified proposer, Hamilton Construction\Ausland Group team, with a proposed GMP of $688,457.00.
The City Council will make its final award decision at the regular council meeting on January 14, 2019. Protests of the City's Intent to Award must be submitted within seven (7) days after the date of issuance of this notice (on or before January 16, 2019.) Any such protest must comply with City Public Contracting Rule 137-049-450(4) or will not be considered by the City.
