Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator

The City of Cottage Grove is now accepting applications for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator position. The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator performs a variety of tasks necessary to the operation and maintenance of the City’s class 4 wastewater treatment plant capable of treating 13 MGD. The plant was upgraded in 2009. This position requires a minimum Oregon Grade Wastewater Treatment Level I Certification with preference given to a level II or greater. This position is day shift 4 days per week and may require working Saturdays and Sundays.
