Kids' Flea Market [Thinking Money for Kids]

Calendar Date:
Saturday, April 23, 2022 - 11:00am

flea market blanket with used books

Buy, sell, or a little of both!

Kids up to age 12 are invited to bring a blanket to the Library and sell or barter/trade their handmade items, gently used toys, games, clothes, or advertise their services like lawn care and baby-sitting. Participants are responsible for their own cash-boxes/change-making. This is a free program; the library takes no commission from sales. No live animals or food items are permitted for sale. The primary seller must be the child/tween, but we strongly encourage families to work together on this entrepreneurial endeavor. Registration is not required. Selling spaces are first come, first serve. Seller space set-up begins at 10:30am. Selling is from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Cleanup by 3:00pm.
