Librarians Part-time

The City of Cottage Grove is now accepting applications for a full-time Librarian or two part-time Librarians. The Librarians will work under the general supervision of the Head Librarian and may be assigned to specialized functions within the library. The Library staff will be responsible for coordinating library services and programs for the community. As the Library is reopening after the pandemic Library staff will be pursuing new approaches to providing Library services and programs. Librarians will work at least two Saturdays per month and at least one evening shift per week. If you have prior Library or similar experience and a passion for serving the community, please apply!
Full-time position – 40 hours a week starting at $3,074.00/month with excellent medical, dental, vision, long term disability, life insurance, retirement and vacation benefits.
Part-time positions – average of 20 hours/week starting at $17.60/hour.
