The City of Cottage Grove Police Department is recruiting for a Lateral Police Officer to join our department. We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, a passion to serve, solid law enforcement experience and a strong dedication to our core values of service, empathy, integrity, and courage.
WHAT WE OFFER
$6,000 Hiring Incentive!
- $63,348-$86,503.08 Per Year (depending on experience and qualifications)+ Overtime + Training Pay
- 80 Hours of Vacation & 80 Hours of Sick Leave Upon Hire
