How to Pay Your Water and Wastewater Bill

For the convenience of our customers, we provide the following payment options: 

• Pay Online - We now accept payment by Debit/Credit card.  You have the option to choose a one-time payment or a recurring payment.  
• Pay in person at City Hall - Finance Department.
• Pay by mail - Make check or money order payable to the City of Cottage Grove and mail to 400 E Main Street, Cottage Grove, OR  97424.
• Auto-Pay - Each month your payment can be automatically deducted from your checking account.  It is the customer's responsibility to keep this information updated prior to the due date.  If you would like to sign up for this option, please complete the authorization form, and submit it along with a voided check to the Finance Department.    
• Drop Slot - Make check or money order payable to the City of Cottage Grove and place in the drop slot, on the left, directly inside the first set of main entry doors at City Hall. (No Cash Payments)

Late Payments
If your water service has been disconnected due to  a late payment, the entire account balance as well as any additional fees, must be paid in cash  or money order.  To restore service the same day, payments need to be made between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm at the Finance Department.
