XIII. RENEWABLE ELECTRICAL ENERGY SYSTEMS
Permit fees for renewable electrical energy systems. For renewable electrical energy permit applications, see OAR 918-309-0410. For repairs and maintenance of renewable electrical energy systems, See OAR 918-309-0220(5).
(a) (A) 5 KVA or less: $100.00
(B) 5.01 KVA to 15 KVA: $121.00
(C) 15.01 KVA to 25 KVA: $172.00
(b) For wind generation systems in excess of 25 KVA:
(A) 25.01 KVA to 50 KVA: $265.00
(B) 50.10 KVA to 100 KVA: $530.00
(C) For wind generation systems that exceed 100 KVA the permit fee shall be calculated in accordance with OAR 918-309-0040.
(c) For solar generation systems in excess of 25 KVA:
(A) Each additional KVA over 25 will be charged an additional $8.00 per KVA
(B) The permit charge will not increase beyond the calculation for 100 KVA.
(d) Permits issued under this subsection include three inspections. Additional inspections will be billed at an hourly rate.
XIV. BUILDING VALUATION DATA TABLE
The current statewide adopted ICC Building Valuation Data Table (effective April 1st annually) is on file in the Community Development Department.
Deferred Submittals: The plan review fee for processing deferred plan submittals shall be an amount equal to 65% of the building permit calculated in accordance with OAR 918-050-110(2) and (3) using the value of the particular deferred portion of the project with a minimum fee of $115.00. This fee is in addition to the project plan review fee based on the total project value.

XXII. TECHNOLOGY FEE
The purpose of the technology fee charged by the city is to pay for technology improvements to accommodate e-permitting and other computer related processes. A technology fee will be charged when processing specialty code, structural, plumbing, mechanical, manufactured dwelling, fire and electrical permits, planning and engineering applications, and point of sale items (documents, maps, air photos, etc.). Fees cover only a small part of the cost of technology.
Technology Fee: 5% of all permits, applications and point of sale.
XXIII. MANUFACTURED DWELLING FEES

XXIV. MANUFACTURED DWELLING/RE PARK AREA DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
The Area Development Fee shall be determined from Table 1 using the valuation for all facilities for which the permit is issued. The fees in Table 1 shall be based on valuation Table 2 or be determined by the applicant with documentation acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction. Permit fees shall be paid to the authority having jurisdiction before any work begins.
