Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan Update

The City of Cottage Grove with the support of the Department of Land Conservation and Development and Community Stakeholders is currently updating our 5-year Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan. Over the next year the Hazard Mitigation Advisory Committee (HMAC), which is comprised of city staff, elected officials, regional & local stakeholders, will review and update each section of the current Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan that was adopted in 2017.

The HMAC will hold monthly public meetings throughout the process to allow the residents of Cottage Grove the opportunity to provide input toward the final adopted plan. 

Each meeting will be advertised in the The Sentinel, Friday Update, and this page. All meetings will be recorded and posted to the City's You Tube channel.
