Planning
The Planning Division encompasses current and long range planning and strives to promote a livable, sustainable, beautiful and prosperous Cottage Grove by facilitating a long-range vision for the community that is implemented through adopted plans, policies, codes and partnerships.
Current Planning
Current Planning encompasses a number of near future plans such as development reviews and municipal code enforcement.
Long Range Planning
Long Range Planning deals with development for the future of Cottage Grove such as economic development and other plans to facilitate the City of Cottage Grove's development in conjunction with the federal requirements.
Staff
The Planning Division is comprised of the City Planner, Assistant Planner and a number of planning interns to assist with High Grass Code Enforcement and various miscellaneous projects.
