Services: Anyone age 60 or older are eligible to have lunch at any of our Café 60 locations for no charge, donations are accepted and help fund this program. Anyone under the age of 60 is welcome to join for $8 per meal. Meal sites are unable to make change. Please call meal site ahead to reserve a meal.

Services: People who are age 60 and over who are homebound and who are unable to shop for or safely prepare meals on their own. Persons under age 60 may be eligible if their Case Manager has authorized meals as part of their Medicaid Long-Term Care Service Plan or State Planned Personal Care.
